FaverDeal Seller Policy Update – Restricted & Prohibited Products

FaverDeal.com is committed to providing a safe, trusted and policy-compliant marketplace for customers and sellers.

Recently, we identified serious compliance concerns related to certain medicine, healthcare, sexual wellness and adult-related products being uploaded by some sellers on our marketplace.

To protect our customers, sellers and the FaverDeal platform, we have taken strict action against seller accounts involved in restricted or non-compliant product listings.

Why FaverDeal Has Taken This Action

Online marketplaces must follow applicable laws, platform policies and advertising requirements. Google also restricts certain healthcare-related products, including unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements, and may restrict products that make misleading health claims.

Therefore, FaverDeal has decided to strengthen its seller compliance system.

We have suspended seller accounts associated with prohibited medicine, sexual-health, adult or otherwise restricted products where required by our marketplace policies.

New Seller Policy

Effective immediately, sellers must not upload or sell products that violate FaverDeal's Restricted Products Policy, including prohibited sexual/adult products and restricted or non-compliant healthcare products.

Before listing any product, sellers are responsible for ensuring that:

• The product is legally permitted for sale.
• Product information is accurate and not misleading.
• Required licenses/certifications are available where applicable.
• Product claims do not falsely promise medical or therapeutic results.
• Product images, titles and descriptions comply with FaverDeal policies.
• The product does not fall into FaverDeal's prohibited or restricted categories.

Google's policies also state that products that make false or misleading health claims, or certain unapproved supplements, may not be eligible for listing or advertising.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intentional Violations

FaverDeal will take strict action against sellers who intentionally upload prohibited products or attempt to bypass our policies.

Depending on the severity of the violation, action may include:

1. Product removal
2. Listing restrictions
3. Seller account suspension
4. Permanent seller account termination
5. Restriction on creating or operating another seller account

Creating another account to bypass a previous suspension does not guarantee approval and may result in further enforcement under FaverDeal's seller policies.

Important Notice for Existing & New Sellers

Please do not upload any restricted product simply to test whether it will be approved.

Every seller is responsible for reviewing FaverDeal's seller policies before uploading products.

If a seller repeatedly violates the rules, FaverDeal may take stronger enforcement action, including permanent suspension.
